This stylishly furnished studio is the perfect base for your relaxed stay in Jena. The apartment is surrounded by nature in a high-quality new building, with the Saale and Schleichersee just a stone's throw away. Centrally located, you can reach the company headquarters of ZEISS and SCHOTT as well as the EAH (Ernst Abbe University) and the city center in less than 5 minutes. The apartment is carefully designed to suit your home office needs and to be attractive for two to three guests.

The biggest highlight is certainly the location of the accommodation: 350 m Mühlenstraße tram stop 650 m Beutenberg Campus 800 m Südbad (Schleichersee), Paradies Park and Ernst Abbe Sportfeld 900 m SCHOTT 1100 m ZEISS-Werk 1400 m EAH (Ernst Abbe University) 1600 m NETTO, Lidl 1900 m city center and many more Everything can be reached by car in less than 5 minutes. It takes about 15 minutes on foot. If desired, e-scooters from ZEUSS or TIER shorten the time even further.
