The flat is on the ground floor, in a sunny location, with its own entrance, terrace and garden and is largely barrier-free. There is a parking space directly in front of the house as well as a charging station/wallbox (for a fee). In the outside cellar (not barrier-free) there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer and space for skis and other equipment as well as another washbasin. The terrace is equipped with an electric awning and radiant heaters (with electricity from our own PV system - seasonally limited!).
In the middle of the Bavarian Inn Valley, nestled between the Wendelstein Mountains, the Inn River and the famous Kaiser Mountains, lies the idyllic holiday destination of Oberaudorf. Here in the foothills of the Alps, just a stone's throw away from Tyrol and Chiemgau, close to the Bavarian capital of Munich, guests will find pure rest and relaxation. Here you will find everything you need for a holiday close to nature: Mountains, beautiful lakes, numerous hiking and cycling trails, ski and toboggan runs, cross-country ski trails and a special highlight for families - the Oberaudorf-Hocheck adventure mountain. With a good infrastructure and a wide range of recreational, leisure and cultural activities, the destination also offers numerous options for organising your holiday.
