The detached house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with an adjacent allotment garden. The apartment has a separate entrance that leads you to the heart of the approx. 55 sqm apartment via a staircase. The premises include a very large and spacious living room with adjoining kitchen, a double bedroom and a modern bathroom. The entire apartment has underfloor heating, free WiFi and many other amenities. Pets are welcome by arrangement with us. We ourselves include a Bordeaux mastiff called "Molly" and a Forsthofer mini pig called "Pumbaa" among our loved ones.
Welcome to the heart of the Ruhr area, my name is Silke Braun. My three children and I would like to invite you to spend a wonderful time in our apartment and to experience great days in the heart of the industry, also known as "Ruhrpott". Whether culture or just letting your soul dangle in the middle of nature, all this is possible in the immediate vicinity. "Mülheim an der Ruhr" is not considered the oasis in the Ruhr area for nothing and therefore offers many facets to serve your own interests in the shortest possible way. From the historically grown and very distinctive family cohesion in the "Pütt" has grown over the years a very family-friendly environment, which enables larger families, like ours, a variety of leisure activities.
With around 5.1 million inhabitants and an area of ​​4,435 square kilometers, the Ruhr area is the largest conurbation in Germany and the fifth largest in Europe. The eponymous river for this densely populated, central region of North Rhine-Westphalia is named after the river Ruhr. Convince yourself of the many perspectives that the Ruhr area offers you. The apartment is located in Mülheim an der Ruhr, directly adjacent to the city of Oberhausen. Thus, e.g. B. the Centro Oberhausen (largest shopping center in Germany) in the immediate vicinity. Reachable by bus in about 15 minutes. Walk to the bus stop about 5 minutes. Good connection to the A40 towards Essen and Duisburg, as well as to the A52 towards Düsseldorf. 15 minutes to Messe-Essen, 20 minutes to Düsseldorf Airport, 30 minutes to Düsseldorf Trade Fair. Public transport (bus, train and train) are easily accessible on foot (between approx. 1 and max. 15 minutes).
