The accommodation is simple, modern and functional. We offer special weekly and monthly rates! 🏡 The accommodation consists of two levels: Up to four guests use the lower level (1 kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 living room and 1 bathroom). Up to six guests use another separate room with two beds and a small toilet and bathroom. More than seven guests can also use the upper level with extra kitchen, bathroom, toilet and 3 further rooms on request and after confirmation. The rooms are not barrier-free. The entire interior is non-smoking, smoking is permitted in the courtyard/garden. ‼️ Modernization work is currently being carried out outside (facade, balcony, outbuildings). There is no noise pollution, but there are visual impairments. Inside, there are still some small remaining modernizations on the upper floor, which also have some visual impairments, but no dust/noise etc. 🏡 The accommodation is located in a detached house on a little frequented thoroughfare. 👩🏻‍🍳 The kitchens are fully equipped for cooking with electric stove, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave, crockery, pots and pans etc. Bed linen and towels are provided in full. In the garden there is a sandpit, trampoline and barbecue facilities. ⛱ You can set off directly from the apartment on bike tours or hikes. You can park your car in front of the house or in the village center at the church.

Your hosts are a couple with a child. We speak German, Russian and English.
