A total of two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, are available. A large living room and a modern kitchen complete the offer. Modern technology is offered by our workplace and supports you professionally in your professional activities. Our flat is equipped with a bathroom (shower) as well as a second, smaller guest toilet. The existing parking area in the property offers space for one vehicle (Attention! Narrow gateway 1.90 m). You will find further parking possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Please contact us directly.
The flat is completely renovated in 2023.
