Our house is a very nice Art Nouveau manor house: Château Abraham (formerly called "Schloss Mörlbach“), next to a 500-year-old, late-Gothic church. In front of the house is a nice, small lake and behind we have a (5,000 square meter) garden with old trees.
Children can use the longest private zip line (flying fox) in Germany, as well as a trampoline and swings in the garden.
Mörlbach is a small village with Celtic roots, framed with trees and small lakes. Around 180 residents live in our village, including 50 children -- plus 25 dogs, 30 cats, 32 cows, 7 Alpacas (Lamas) and 8 Horses.
Sight-seeing – Places of Interest:
5 to 20 minutes: Bismarckturm (Berg), Schloß Possenhofen, river Isar with locations to swim (Icking), next to the lakes and the big Lake Starnberg, Buchheim-Museum in Bernried, Seeburg am Starnberger See, old Roman villages.
30 to 60 minutes: Kings Castles of Ludwig II, Abbey Ettal, Oberammergau (passion play), Garmisch-Partenkirchen with Zugspitze and Eibsee, Abbey Andechs with Biergarten, Munich and much more.
