Hello, I live just outside Frankfurt/Darmstadt. We are happy to welcome business travelers and holidaymakers, with and without children, to our accommodations. I live with my family in the neighboring town and, along with my wife, are happy to personally answer any questions and provide assistance. Of course, I can also be reached by phone or via the app.

Property information

Welcome to our 100 sqm 4-room apartment! Enjoy the fantastic view! Up to 10 people can sleep in 4 rooms (3+1+3+2+1). The beds can be joined together upon request. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, a kettle with a selection of tea and coffee, and a bottle of water in each room. All but one room has a TV (see pictures) with international channels. The rooms are functional and newly furnished. Each room can be locked separately. The balcony and every room offer a fantastic view! Separate 2nd toilet. The property has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, which can be used for a fee (request coins in advance). The property is 100% barrier-free; there is no step from the ground floor to the apartment. A fold-out shower seat is installed in the shower (shower tray has one step). Two grab bars are installed on the left and right in the separate toilet. IMPORTANT: The apartment has one bathroom with a toilet and a separate guest toilet, not two bathrooms! A separate towel is provided for each booked guest. Large bath towels are not provided! The washing machine and dryer are separate and can be used for a fee.

Everyday shops, discount stores, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, restaurants, medical care, and more are all around. The apartment is perfect for a group of trade visitors, business travelers, tourists, and even families. The apartment with panoramic views is just a 5-minute walk from the train station, which offers direct connections to Frankfurt (RB and 2x S-Bahn) and Darmstadt (RB and 1x S-Bahn). From the train station, Frankfurt Central Station is just 10 minutes away, and the trade fair and pedestrian zone/Zeil district are just under 20 minutes away. Public parking and a paid parking garage are available around the building. There is also a Park+Ride parking lot at the nearby train station. The A5 and A661 motorways are 3 and 5 km away, respectively. From there, you have excellent transport connections, for example, to Frankfurt (approx. 20 km) or via the A3 to the west (e.g., Mainz/Wiesbaden) and east (e.g., Hanau), or to the south, for example, to Darmstadt (approx. 20 km), Mannheim, and Ludwigshafen. About your accommodation The nearby airport (approx. 15 km) can also be reached comfortably and easily in just half an hour by bus and train, or by car.
