This modern and freshly renovated 100m² apartment is perfect for 4 people. Parking is available directly on the property and is free of charge. The spacious living area invites you to relax with the comfortable couch, which can be folded down into another bed if needed. High speed wifi, smart TV and Netflix invite you to switch off after a busy day. PLEASE NOTE: No pets allowed.

The apartment is very idyllically located directly on the Ilz River. The Edeka Escherich (groceries) is about 12 minutes walk from the apartment. Many great restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in the old town of Passau, which is also only 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Passau's main train station is 5 minutes (2.6 km) away from the apartment by car. The apartment also includes a free parking space in a lockable garage.
