Company information

Born in Copenhagen, his life is architecture and design. Devoted collaborator with important Nordic designer studios, it was while he was on one of his many trips that he arrived in Barcelona; its architecture, culture and Mediterranean liveliness grabbed him. The impact this city had on him was so strong that he decided to stay and bring to life his latest project: Eric Vökel Boutique Apartments. Each of the apartments has been personally designed and decorated by Eric, in a style that is a unique mix of functionality and the beauty of Nordic Design with all the creativity and spontaneity of Mediterranean design. Currently with locations in Barcelona, ​​Madrid, Amsterdam, Hamburg and now in Copenhagen.

Welcome to Copenhagen, the avant-garde Nordic city famous for its design, cuisine and sustainability. What place could be better for continuing my ventures than the city where I was born. My apartments, Eric Vökel Copenhagen Suites, are located in a totally renovated building, conserving its original Danish-style façade. Each corner that I have designed has an unmistakable style; a mixture of the functionality and beauty of Nordic design and the creativity and spontaneity of the Mediterranean spirit. In this way, my guests can enjoy their stay to the fullest in a uniquely designed space, which is at the same time comfortable and functional.

Neighbourhood information

The building is located in the ‘Meatpacking District’, one of the city’s coolest spots that is only metres from the centre and next to Central Station and the iconic Tivoli Gardens. I would like to invite you to explore Copenhagen’s hidden corners either on foot or by bike… And let yourself be seduced and enchanted by this wonderful city’s all-encompassing hygge spirit.
