Jeg, Hedinn Kjartans, er ejer og vært og bor selv her på gården, hvor H&M Homes Apartments ligger.
Ejendommen er en tidligere bondegård, som blev opført omkring år 1900. I 1957 blev gården omdannet til lejligheder, og siden 1982 har den rummet 40 hyggelige studielejligheder – midt i byen, men stadig med følelsen af fred og ro.
Jeg har haft lejligheder her på gården siden 2013 og flyttede selv hertil i 2020. Jeg bor i en af mine seks egne lejligheder på stedet og kender både området og historien om gården rigtig godt.
Mange gæster fortæller, at de føler sig trygge her – som om de overnatter på landet, selvom Aarhus centrum kun ligger ca. 3,3 km væk.
Mit mål er, at du skal føle dig hjemme og nyde den særlige ro, som gør stedet unikt.
Jeg ønsker dig en rigtig god rejse til Aarhus og håber, at du får et dejligt ophold hos os.

H&M Homes Apartments ligger i det rolige Hasle-kvarter, kun ca. 3 km fra Aarhus centrum.
Området er kendt for sin fredelige atmosfære, grønne omgivelser og korte afstand til både natur og byliv. Mange gæster fremhæver netop roen – man sover godt her, men har stadig let adgang til alt, hvad Aarhus byder på.
Fra lejlighederne er der kun 2,2 km til Den Gamle By og Botanisk Have og 3,3 km til ARoS Kunstmuseum.
Lige i nærheden finder du Hasle Bakker med flotte gå- og cykelruter, samt Aarhus Boulders for klatreentusiaster.
