Melrose House is a period property dating from the late 18th century. It has recently been fully restored, preserving as many original features as possible. The spacious apartment occupies the upper floor of this historic stone building. In addition to the bedroom and ensuite bathroom, there is a queen-size sofa bed in the living room and a second shower room. Roseau's most fashionable restaurant is located on the ground floor of Melrose House and is open five (5) days a week.
Formally a hotelier, Mark is eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible and you will be treated as his guest.
Melrose Apartment is conveniently located in the center of Roseau. There are two (2) supermarkets within a three (3) minute walk and the fruit and vegetable is just five (5) minutes walk. The Fort Young Hotel is a seven (7) minute walk along the Roseau Bayfront.
