This listing has 3 separate apartments in two next-door buildings. Modern and new 3-room apartments with spacious balconies in the city center. Each apartment has 1 dedicated free parking spot behind a barrier. Additionally, the street in front of the house has free public parking. Apartments have everything you need, incl. Free parking, Wifi, cable TV/Netflix, Playstation 3, washing machine, etc. Prices include 9% VAT. The biggest shopping malls in Estonia are within 1km, Prisma Hypermarket (24/7) is 200m. The Old Town is only 2 km away. Very easily accessible and convenient location. The airport is 1.3 km, Central Bus Station is 0.5km, the tram stop is 0.3km. Kadrioru park is 0.8km. Katusepapi 12 was completed in the year 2016. Katusepapi 16b was completed in 2020. Inside the apartment: -) Master bedroom with 180cm wide bed. -) Second bedroom with 160cm wide bed or bunkbeds -) Living room bed/sofa is 140cm wide. -) All linens, towels, shampoo and other essentials are provided. -) The apartment includes work desks and chairs -) Microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and everything else you would need in the kitchen. -) Iron and ironing board, drying racks, washing machine.
