The apartment is located in the central area of Pärnu, in a dignified and historic building that reflects the city’s rich architectural heritage. It’s situated in the heart of the city, just a 5-minute walk from the central bus station (300 m) and a shopping center (400 m). The local market with fresh fruits and vegetables is about a 9-minute walk away. The beloved Pärnu beach is approximately 1.7 km from the property.

The apartment is located in the central area of Pärnu - just 400 meters away, you’ll find the lively charm of Pärnu Old Town – cozy cafés, boutiques, cultural events, and the pedestrian street Rüütli. The apartment is easy to access – it’s located right by the road, with plenty of parking available both in front of the building and nearby. Although the windows face the street, there is a green park directly in front of the house, offering a pleasant view and calming birdsong – a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Pärnu is a clean, well-maintained, and green city, and the whole area invites you to walk around and explore.
