Me, Nevine, I worked as assistant manager in a multinational construction company for 10 years. My husband, Ihab, used to work in a multinational telecommunications company for 15 years. Position: Projects manager. We'd love to host you and see you happy during your stay in our place.

Lovely, new, spacious, modern, tranquil room with a dressing area, full bathroom with a bath tub, outdoor unique space and a private entrance, located in a lovely villa within the luxurious district of 1st Settlement, New Cairo. Area is quiet, car parking is easy. Location is genius as it's 20 minutes to Cairo airport, close to the heart of Cairo and ring road where you can access all the travel roads easily. Great for families with small number of children & for individuals and business people.

Neighbourhood information

1 room, 1 full bathroom, dressing room, a microwave with dining set. Our place is spacious and has a big exterior area. The lovely room is surrounded by great green areas and trees. It has a private entrance and it's located in an elegant Villa, its entrance has beautiful Christmas natural trees with lovely other plants. In addition, street has beautiful landscape with palms and wide grass surface. The place is provided with new air condition set (cold and heat) for your convenience. Wifi high speed unlimited data covering the whole place. Location is 5 minutes to Cairo festival city and to Down Town mall, 20 minutes to the American university and El-Rehab city. Trip to Cairo airport (20 minutes). Our lovely room has 2 confortable single beds for 2 persons in addition to a chair can be converted to a single bed. A new cold & heat air conditioner. Full bathroom with hot water tub makes your stay so relaking. Smart dressing room with hangers to store all your luggage and clothes. Wifi high speed unlimited data covering the whole apartment. We can avail a hair dryer, iron and iron table. We'll help you in any question you may have & we'll make sure you're happy during your stay at our home. We'll be in direct contact with you if you need any help.
