72 m2 apartment on the seventh floor. First qualities. Exclusive area of Malaga. Very bright. It has a living room, closed terrace, two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Spectacular views of the bay (possibly the best in Malaga). Community pool available all year. Fully equipped: refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, kitchenware, iron, hairdryer, 43 "HD TV, DVD. Highly valued residential area ideal for people looking for a place to enjoy Malaga without the noise and bustle of the city center although about 25 minutes from downtown walking or 10 minutes by bus. The beach is about 300 meters away. Magnificent views of the bay, its boats and the port of Malaga with stunning sunsets over the mountains. Available parking area nearby and totally free every day of the year. In addition to about 70 meters we find the bus stop that leaves us in the center of the city in 10 minutes. It has 4 day and night lines direct to the center. Wide step frequency.

I am a computer technical engineer although I am currently dedicated to recreational sailing (teacher). I love the sea and that's why I bought this apartment where I will live one day.

Residential area, quiet, first line of the sea with the beach 300 meters. Wide area of nearby restoration, supermarkets, shops and gas station. One of the best areas to live in Malaga. The promenade invites to the walk either walking or cycling.
