The establishment has 600 Mb Wi-Fi, cable TV. and two outdoor terraces. One overlooks the pool, and looking over the rooftops you can see the sea. It has hammocks and artificial grass area. The other has mountain views, a comfortable corner armchair, and a solar-heated shower, whether you want to cool off in the summer sun or take a relaxing shower before bed. Both have a parasol awning, and the sun illuminates them alternately throughout the day, one in the morning, and the other in the afternoon. The apartment is completely level from the direct entrance from the street, to the terrace overlooking the pool, without steps, making it very comfortable, and suitable for wheelchair users, or with a walker, in the case of people with reduced mobility. In addition, it has a sofa bed, which in combination with the bunk bed and the main bed, allows 4 guests to sleep in separate beds. It also has its own parking in the garage of the establishment, However, on the street, most of the year, there are nearby free parking lots, especially during the week, and towards winter. In summer, during the weekends, if it is possible to have to use the free parking within the facilities.
As it could not be otherwise, my family and I love to travel, and of course, stay in other vacation rentals, which, in short, tend to be the ones that best convey the pulse and customs of the places we visit. The duration of both journeys, and the frequency between each journey, lasts about 30 minutes, in both cases. However, hours may change depending on the day of the week and the time. The town of Caletillas is halfway between cities such as La Laguna, Santa Cruz, the island's capital, or the southern tourist area, Los Cristianos or Playa de Las Américas. Unlike these towns, Caletillas/Candelaria perfectly blends a part of a commuter town, where many local citizens reside, with a partially tourist environment, throughout the year. The municipality has its own personality, combining a wide variety of restaurants, residential neighborhoods, beaches, leisure areas, merging local inhabitants and atmospheres, with others more properly touristy. The formation of the neighborhoods dates back to the mid-70s, as an alternative for summer vacations and residence, initially, for the residents of the island, to pre-existing areas of the island, especially with respect to the tourist area in full expansion in that decade. of Los Cristianos or Las Americas. The maritime avenue is one of the few that remain on the island, which still combines a pedestrian part with another for road traffic, and is full of restaurants. The beaches run along the promenade, and are accessible, with wooden ramps, showers, and a bar-terrace. Next to the town of Caletillas, is the Villa de Candelaria, which is the first settlement that took place in the area.
