It is a luxury penthouse in a XVI century building, which retains the original wooden mansard roof. It is located in the upper quarter of Sanlucar, Barrio alto, so enjoy spectacular views, surrounded by the gardens of the palace of the Dukes of Medina Sidonea and the Cathedral of Nuestra señora de la O. It has a small hall, living room with kitchenette, chimney, ceiling fan and a/c, a study space, two balconies, en suite double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, chill-out garret, terrace of 18 m2 with barbecue, garage underground, firsts qualityes and fully equipped. A special place for a special stay ... !!
