Welcome to this beautiful and peaceful villa in the countryside of Pollença, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. With extensive exteriors located close to the sea, this house stands out for its tranquillity due to its rural setting. In the garden you will find the chlorine pool which measures 12x4 metres with a depth of 1.8 metres. The pool is equipped with sunbeds and a parasol where you can lie down and relax under the Mediterranean sun. The large garden offers a games area with a pool table under the shade of a porch. Before entering the interior of the house, there is a fully furnished porch where you can enjoy outdoor meals with your companions. The interior of the house, distributed over two floors, begins with a spacious living room where different rooms can be distinguished. Firstly, there is the first room with Smart TV and two sofas ideal for enjoying a movie night. There is a second living room designed to enjoy a quiet reading as this space has a bookcase and two armchairs overlooking the fish pond in the garden. For dining, there is a fully equipped gas cooker with all the necessary utensils and a dining area. The kitchen has an exit to a second furnished porch with a barbecue. A bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub completes the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and the last bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub and shower. All bedrooms have A/C. A final bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and if you are travelling with a baby a cot and high chair will be provided.

Neighbourhood information

The location of this property is ideal. The beautiful Platja de Can Cap de Bou is only 5 km away, ideal for sunny days by the sea. You have the extensive promenade of Puerto de Pollença, where you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can taste the rich Spanish gastronomy. If you prefer, you can choose to visit the picturesque village of Pollença where you can visit the Calvari oratory (to access it you must climb a total of 365 steps, one for each day of the year) and walk through the fantastic cobbled streets.
