Property information

Marvellous townhouse for up to 6 persons, in the privileged region of Sóller, at the skirts of the Tramuntana mountain range, recently declared Patrimony of Humanity. The house has a large outdoor patio where you can enjoy a fantastic breakfast or a delicious dinner prepared on the barbecue. All this with a glass of wine and the emblematic views of nature. The house, of about 200 m2, is distributed over three floors, including a living-dining room, a fantastic kitchen and a total of four bedrooms with wardrobe and views of the village, and two bathrooms. Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning. On the ground floor, the warm and spacious kitchen, with direct access to the outside, has all the necessary utensils to cook your favourite dishes, including ceramic hob, industrial appliances and large cupboards. The living-dining room invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa while watching a film on the satellite TV or listening to some music. There is a bathroom with shower and a separate room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. After a couple of steps, there is a bedroom with a double bed. On the next floor, there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and the other with two single beds. On the top floor, there is a fourth bedroom with a double bed. A cot and a highchair for a baby are available. The fenced area with orange trees is not available for our guests.

Neighbourhood information

The village is only 500m further up the road. The emblematic church of Sant Bartomeu, from the year 1236, is one of the may things to visit. You will find all kinds of shops and restaurants, to taste the typical dishes with fresh gambas. Take the tram to Port de Sóller and enjoy the beach of Es Repic or a walk over the promenade or explore any of the beautiful hiking tracks to the romantic villages of Deià, Fornalutx or Biniaraix. Palma is easy to reach, as well as the coves of Cala Deià, Llucalcari or Port des Canonge.
