Casa Amelia is a family house that was recently renovated with all the comforts and modernised to adapt it to modern times without losing the comfort and tranquillity of the houses of yesteryear. Its wide walls allow you to enjoy the silence and relaxation. Was built by our family 60 years ago when there was only countryside. Today, with all the growth in the surrounding area, you can be in the centre of the city in 5 minutes by car. It is also a very good area for hikers as from here you can go out to various places on the island. Parking on the street is free and close to the house. It is a very spacious and comfortable house, without overcrowding the spaces to make it more welcoming. Each room is spacious and we have equipped them with what we believe necessary for the comfort of the traveller. The house is rented as a whole, you can make private use of the jacuzzi and the barbecue on a wonderful terrace overlooking the mountains, perfect for recharging energy, while sunbathing, as well as privacy. We also have a park-cot for children, it is essential to request it in advance. For stays of two weeks or more, a change of linen will be obligatory, we will contact you in advance to organise which day. The house is 5 minutes drive from the centre of Telde, there are very good restaurants in the area, also Telde is a city with a lot of entertainment and shopping areas. It is well worth a visit.

The area is 5 minutes from the city of Telde, with a very convenient location, it has the tranquillity of a village but is in the perfect place to move to any part of the island, either to the south or to the north, from or to the airport, it has easy access. There is a mini market in the area, pharmacy, restaurants, taxis. Within 5 minutes drive is the centre of Telde with plenty of entertainment.
