Fab 1st floor apartment in the Mar Menor Golf Resort which has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. The apartment is approx. 63 m², with views of the golf course and the swimming pool. It is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization. It has an elevator, garden furniture, internet access (wifi), children's area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, community pool, open-air parking, TV/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Norwegian etc.) The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

Neighbourhood information

Supermarket, hotel, spa, clubhouse, tennis and panel tennis and restaurants on the resort. The Costa Calida beaches of the Mar Menor are 10/15 minutes drive away. Several towns including Los Alcazares and San Pedro del Pinatar are dotted along the coast all of which have many fine cafes/bars and restaurants. Cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante with major road and air links are all easily accessible.
