Homey Galicia surge de la necesidad de dar una entidad propia a una actividad que, como agencia inmobiliaria, llevamos a cabo desde el 2008 en Inmocityvigo. Ansiosos por innovar y por buscar nuevos modelos de negocio, terminamos por especializarnos en la gestión vacacional. Ya hace bastante tiempo de eso, y en realidad empezamos por tan solo dos apartamentos frente a la playa de Samil. Si aquello salía bien, y no había motivo para lo contrario, llegaríamos a proponer el mismo modelo de negocio a otros clientes cuyas propiedades se pudiesen ajustar a esa actividad. El resultado fue mucho mejor de lo esperado, y no solo convencimos a nuestros otros clientes. Hacer bien las cosas y el boca a boca creó una red de referidos gracias a la cual, hoy gestionamos más de 90 propiedades entre Vigo y Baiona.
