Located in Marchena, the holiday home Casa Rural La Teja has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. This 250 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with bathtub) and can therefore accommodate 11 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning in the whole house as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is available upon request and a high chair is available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool (open all year round), a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue and a playground. 3 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. The deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival and it will be returned via Bizum or bank transfer up to 24hs after your check-out. Late check-in (after 9pm) is possible upon request for an extra fee. Flexible check-out is possible upon request during low and mid-season (subject to availability). Late check-in (after 10:00 pm) can be arranged upon request and incurs an additional fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
