Property information

Wonderful villa with all the facilities to feel at home, decorated in detail and Canarian style, magnificent heated pool with salt water, terrace area with sunbeds and sofas to relax after a swim. The living room has a fireplace, smart TV, four bedrooms, one of them with a separate terrace, it has three bathrooms inside the house(one with whirlpool) and a toilett close to the pool area, kitchen with all the necessary equipment, such as dishwasher, oven, microwave. , all kinds of coffee makers, thermoses, etc. and two dining areas. Grand gardens with fruit trees as well as an independent building for dining overlooking the pool, it has a barbecue, kitchen, toilet, refrigerator, oven, dining table. The entire house has solar panels.

Villaverde is a charming town located in Fuerteventura, in the north of the island. The town is known for its tranquility and authenticity, away from the tourist bustle of other areas. Despite its smaller size, Villaverde offers a number of amenities for visitors. In the town you will find numerous restaurants where you can enjoy local and international cuisine. From fresh fish dishes to Canarian specialties, there is a wide selection to satisfy all tastes. In addition, there are supermarkets where you can stock up on food and basic products, as well as a bakery where you will find delicious bread and traditional pastries. It is important to note that, due to Villaverde's more rural location, renting a car is recommended to explore the surrounding area and access the beaches and other points of interest on the island. A car gives you greater flexibility and the opportunity to discover all the wonders that Fuerteventura has to offer.
