NO PARTIES. Fàbrica (Factory) Descals is a historic building built in 1917 and classified as an asset of cultural interest. The original building is the work of the reknown modernist architect Joan Roca i Pinet. Fàbrica Descals has two independent spaces that share the garden and swimming pool: the Fàbrica (Villa 3 bedrooms), which has recently been renewed with great taste and comfort, and the Pavillion (Villa), newly built and cozy.
