62 m2 loft fully equipped with kitchen, dining room, a spacious room with a double bed, sofa and toilet. With 65 TV, fireplace, heating, ceiling fans in the room and in the dining room and washing machine. Located in the small town of Regencós, very close to the beautiful beaches of Calella de Palafrugell, Begur, Pals, Palamós and Playa de Aro. Ideal for discovering the Baix Empordà, Gironès, Alt Empordà...You will have all the allotjament with independent entrance. Relax in this calm and elegant space with your partner.
The town of Regencós is very quiet and is located in the middle of the Empordà, a few kilometers from the best beaches and coves of the Baix Empordà. Ideal for completing the many coastal paths in the area of ​​Begur, Palafrugell, Pals, Palamós and Platja d'Aro. Also, approximately one hour away by car, there are other areas of interest such as Figueres, Cadaqués, Puerto de la Selva, Gerona, Besalú, Olot... The Vallter ski slopes are a 2-hour drive away. There is no problem to park for free in front of the loft.
