The open-plan living area is designed for both comfort and style, featuring a cozy sofa and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Adjacent to the living space, a stylish dining area provides the ideal setting for enjoying meals with a view. The kitchenette is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials needed for cooking and dining. The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and a TV for your comfort. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a TV as well. There’s also an additional full bathroom with a bathtub, for your comfort. Enjoy the convenience of high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and parking access during your stay. The building offers a range of fantastic communal amenities, including: A rooftop pool A multipurpose room A fully equipped gym To access these shared spaces, you'll receive a chip on arrival. Operating hours: Fitness center: 06:00-23:00 Pool: 10:30-19:00 As a reminder, the building is close to a fire station and the La Rosaleda stadium, so there may be some noise during your stay. - The access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock the interior door, but you will need a physical key for the building door. Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
