You will be greeted by Esther and Pascal, who will help you with all you need during your stay, and they will hand-over the keys to the penthouse in person. They are the owners of aire - a family-owned, small-scale property and guest agency and cozy concept store, located in Estepona and they are always available should you need anything. Prior to your arrival, the apartment has been thoroughly cleaned. If you’d like to schedule an extra cleaning during your stay, please let us know as this can be arranged at an additional fee. Prior to your arrival we'll send you a detailed instruction via email on how to get to the apartment as well as all the information you need to enjoy your well-deserved holiday. Welcome to your sunlit, bright, and welcoming home away from home, offering one of the most spectacular views in Estepona. This modern beachfront one-bedroom, one-bathroom penthouse apartment is lovingly decorated with all the amenities you could need, featuring a stunning outdoor space with an amazing view onto the sea, the landscape and the city of Estepona, all within walking distance of some of the best beaches, beach clubs and restaurants in the area. The apartment is loved by both couples as well as remote working guests, looking for a tranquil, comfortable and centrally located stay, yet close to all amenities. The penthouse is located on the fifth floor of an authentic Spanish residency, within walking distance to the port as well as the heart of Estepona. The apartment offers direct access to the beach and counts a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy master bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a spacious terrace with breathtaking views to enjoy your breakfast or candle-lit dinner - furnished with both lounge chairs and dining area. At the well-kept communal spaces, which includes a tennis court and hot tub, you're welcome to take a refreshing dive into the swimming pool, equipped with loungers and surrounded by lush green. From the pool area, you are able to access the beach as well as the famous “Senda Litoral” pathway directly. The penthouse apartment has been recently renovated to add all the modern comforts you need, including air conditioning and heating, and a speedy fiber optic Wi-Fi network. The apartment sleeps up to two guests and is equipped with a washing machine as well as an ironing board, iron, drying rack, and a selection of convenient household utilities.

The penthouse is located in Estepona and is the perfect location to discover the surrounding villages as well as Andalusia. Explore the bustling and vibrant city of Estepona or take a twenty-minute drive to one of the most famous pueblos blancos, Casares. Both Sotogrande and Marbella and Puerto Banus are within a twenty-five-minute drive away too. The beach is literally at your doorstep and offers a great opportunity to enjoying the sun and a tasty lunch at one of the chiringuitos (beach restaurants). If you'd l like to talk a walk or ride a bike, the ‘Senda Litoral” - a coastal pathway connecting all major cities along the coast – a great way to explore the area too and can be found right at the front of the apartment. The location is perfect to take a tour through Andalusia too as amazing cities such as Sevilla, Malaga, Cordoba, Ronda and Tarifa are within driving reach - travel time by car varies from one to four hours away. We recommend you to also visit the smaller, lesser-known villages nearby such as San Luis de Sabinillas or Manilva as both villages are not crowded by mass-tourism yet and the locals are one of the friendliest people we’ve ever met. OUT AND ABOUT If you travel by car, you can safely park your car by at the on-site parking spaces, located around the main building. A short stroll away brings you to the nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is a mere one-minute walk away, and a 5-minute drive brings you to Estepona, the award-winning bustling and vibrant city, also known as “The garden of the Costa del Sol”.
