Modern and comfortable 250 m² villa on a closed plot of 7103 m² composed of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry, enclosed porch and balcony. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living area. Internet WIFI everywhere inside and in all exteriors. Spacious garden area with 4x3m pool and additional pool for children of 1'5x 1'5m. Very close to Can Picafort.

The closest beach resort Can Picafort (4km), is located in the Bay of Alcudia, with plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, variety stores, local markets, a marina, medical center, pharmacies, etc. Along the coast line in Can Picafort you can enjoy great beaches and rocky areas suitable for swimming. 5 km away is the village of Santa Margalida, which names the municipality, with its traditional market and the picturesque church located at the top. In a distance of 6 km you can find the pristine beaches of Son Real, with the possibility of nice walking tours cross the area, known for its archaeological sites. 8 km away you reach to the quiet beach resort of Son Serra de Marina, with stunning natural beaches, especially recommended for fans of surf or kite-surfing.
