Tästä Niinivaaralla sijaitsevasta siististä kaksiosta on helpot kulkuyhteydet sairaalalle, AMKiin ja keskustaan. Kävellen: Sairaalalle n. 700 m AMK Karelia, Wärtsilä kampus n. 200 m Keskustaan n. 1,5 km Juna-asemalle n. 1,1 km Asunnossa on lisäksi huomioitu lapsiperheet; leluja, syöttötuoli, matkasänky. 300 m päässä myös uusittu leikkipuisto.
Haluan tarjota hyvän ja helpon majoittumispaikan kaikille lyhytaikaista asumista tai vierailua tarvitseville. Perheellisenä ihmisenä olen halunnut tuoda asuntoon lapsiperheille sopivia asioita, kuten matkasängyn, syöttötuolin ja erilaisia leluja. Lasten kanssa matkustamisesta tekee helppoa erilaiset lelut ja niitä on dubloista ryhmä hau torniin asti. Keikkalääkäreille ja opiskelijoille huippupaikka, kun sairaala ja AMK ovat aivan lähellä! Innolla toivotan sinut tervetulleeksi ja toivon kovasti, että viihdyt asunnossamme.
Alue on super kiva ja suosittu, samasta talosta löytyy Joensuun paras pizzeria.
