Very well located with a view on the garden, the park or the forest, an area surrounded by hundred-year-old trees. Private parking Close to the airport, the stadiums, the industrial and commercial area of Polygone, the exhibition center. Large 4 star apartment 25 to 50m2 with private relaxation facilities (single/double balneo and/or sauna, bathtub, hammam), balcony or terrace, air conditioning, soundproofing.

We are located in the North of Perpignan, between the two stadiums, Aimé Giral Stadium and Gilbert Brutus Stadium, 700m from the Perpignan Hospital, close to the airport, the industrial zone and the commercial zone of Polygone Nord. Numerous shops and the bus are nearby.
