Property information

Our reception close at 8PM but we are of course reachable by phone if necessary. All equipments are private. Each accommodation is air conditioned and provides free WiFi, has high quality beds and flat-screen TV. Ground floor : a Suite with a private 2p jacuzzi and a hammam shower. First floor : 1 to 3 bedroom apartment (depending on the option you choose) with full equiped kitchen, sauna, snooker and 6 pers professionnal jacuzzi (all located Inside the apartment). Second floor : 1 to 2 bedrooms apartment (depending on the option you choose) with full equiped kitchen, terrace sauna and a 2 pers hot tube (located Inside the apartment). Third floor (no lift) : two 37m2 wonderfull Suites (no kitchen), one Suite has a sauna, the othe a bubble bath for 2p.

Set in Lille, Au 30 is 50 metres from Zénith of Lille and Grand Palais of Lille and offers 2 deluxe apartments and 3 Suites. Mairie de Lille Metro Station is just 400 metres away, Gare Lille Flandres ans Gare Lille Europe are 5 min by walk. To go to the Grand Place it will takes you less than 15 min by walk.
