This is a very spacious studio, located 650 meters from the Croisette beach and 1.5 km from the Festival Palace, the walking path is very pleasant, in the shade and along a wide road. The Rue d'Antibes, famous for its boutiques is 500 metres away. The residence is on a small hill, has a beautiful view from the large balcony of the sunset and the hills. With binoculars, you can even see the clock on the city's central tower or fireworks behind the domes of the Carlton Hotel. A very quiet street, despite the fact that it is very busy around the corner. A mini shop that is open from 10-22h 7/7 days in 2 minutes walk, where you can drink coffee with pies, just next to there is also a bank cash dispenser, an Italian bakery or a French bakery right behind a beautiful park where a hot lunch is served. You will need to cross the roundabout to the central restaurants and walk 200 meters a little further. The choice is yours.
Many years ago I visited Cannes, I announced to myself, I want to live here, this is paradise. The dream came true and I left the giant city. One day I'll have a hotel by the sea. What happiness it is to share happiness and give guests the best, the opportunity to enjoy life.
The Blooming Garden neighborhood belongs to the lower California and is bordered by the central neighborhood of Banana, Palm Beach, and the sea. Its advantages are comfortable residences, the most prestigious villas in Cannes are in the California area, but just higher on the hill.
