## The space L'appartement est situé à l'entrée de la ville d'Annecy, près de la rocade. Vous avez la possibilité de vous garer à 3 voitures sur le parking privé, et il y a également des places disponibles dans la rue. L'appartement est en premier étage. Une buanderie est à votre disposition au RDC. Le premier niveau de l'appartement est constitué de 2 chambres avec lits doubles, d'une belle salle de bain avec une douche et une baignoire balnéo, d'une cuisine, d'un salon/salle à manger et deux 2 vérandas servant de bureau et de deuxième espace salon. A l'étage : un espace mezzanine avec deux lits simples ainsi qu'une chambre avec lit double et une deuxième salle de bain avec toilettes et douches. Un petit jardin est également à votre disposition avec du mobilier et un barbecue.
