L’appartement est idéalement situé pour se rendre rapidement sur Dinard, Saint-Malo, Cancale, le Mont Saint-Michel, le Cap Frehel, Rennes mais aussi pour découvrir les jolis villages pittoresques tout au long de la Rance tels que Léhon, Saint-Samson sur Rance ou Saint-Suliac.
