ATTENTION: - The cleaning fee of 240 euros is not included in the amount of the nights, it will be paid directly on site. Enjoy an incredible and unique setting, overlooking the river as well as private access to it. A real pleasure for contemplatives, for fishing, bird watching and cooling off. A magnificent setting that invites relaxation and conviviality, in a calm and natural environment where you can explore every corner of the garden and its wide open spaces. Very well equipped with all the essential equipment for large meals and beautiful rich and varied tableware, you can enjoy its comfortable living room with fireplace and board games and its large dining table. The house has many beds, including a "dormitory" / TV area perfect for children and teenagers, with sofa bed, two single beds and trundle bed. On the ground floor, a double bedroom with private bathroom guarantees optimal comfort. Upstairs, three double bedrooms, two of which have a view of the river, as well as a bedroom with a private bathroom. A second bathroom with a bathtub and double sink completes this floor. Outside, a dovecote has been fitted out just for you with an atypical double bedroom. The team at La Conciergerie de Laura will take great care to prepare your stay: beds made on arrival, towels, bath mats and tea towels available, essential products in a welcome kit to start your stay (local products, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, tea/coffee).

Located in the town of Touvre in the rue du Moulin du Roy less than 20 minutes from Angoulême by car, you will find an INTERMARCHÉ, 7 minutes by car in Ruelle sur Touvre, supermarket and Drive. In Touvre itself, a convenience store "La bonne goule", closed on Mondays but open on Sunday mornings from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Small village market in Touvre (Place Montalembert): Every Thursday and Sunday morning from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. A bakery in Touvre as well as a newsagent and pharmacy.
