I was born in Lyon I will inform you for your visits. I have always worked in cafes-hotels-restaurants, I will cook you an unforgettable gourmet meal according to your wishes and desires. As for your French breakfast. I mainly buy food from the farms around the Châtillon-sur-Chalaronne market. I will advise you in your food and wine pairings which are the cornerstone of the French gourmet meal. The latter was consecrated "intangible cultural heritage of humanity" by UNESCO in 2010.

Hostelry is the embodiment of luxury and exclusivity. It can be privatized from one person in the "3 bedroom suite" version. Located in the natural area of ​​the Bois de Serres, the hostel is very committed to an eco-responsible approach: pellet heating, natural hygiene and cleaning products from the Fabre soap factory, lighting of the photovoltaic garden, no use chemicals in the garden, food from farms or organic ...
