La Maison du Canal is situated in front of the Canal du Midi. The following rooms have panoramic views over the Canal and towards the Black Mountains, Le Sweet (large double en-suite room) and L'ère du Temps (family room).

Homps has 7 restaurants all in minutes walking distance from La Maison du Canal, a grocery shop next door selling fresh bread and croissants and a larger supermarket at the service station. Homps has a great swimming lake " Lac du Jouarres" at 800metres away. The Port and boat hire is a 5 minute walk from the house. The Quai has several picnic tables to sit and enjoy watching the boats passing by on the Canal du Midi.
