Situated at the edge of a small hamlet, the cottage “la petite Bellarderie”, completely restored and renovated in 2021, offers comfort, calm and space! It is situated in the Vienne department, around 45 minutes south of Poitiers, in the commune of Champniers. The cottage has the advantage of being in the middle of nature but not far away from all amenities: the town of Civray with it’s shops, restaurants and weekly markets is less than 10km away. WiFi is available in all rooms. Calm location, private parking in an enclosed area. This lovely house is a perfect retreat for a couple. A second bed (90x190) is available in the bedroom, which is spacious enough for a family but the house is not suitable for very young children (less than six years old). A cot can be provided upon request. If you are planning to visit in winter, please feel free to contact me regarding the arrangements for heating.
Discover our country lanes, the monkey park “La vallée des Singes” (5 minutes), the rural museum “Le Vieux Cormenier” (3 minutes), the medieval town of Chauvigny (50 minutes), the amusement park Futuroscope (50 minutes). With nature, history, walks and sightseeing trips, the region has a lot to discover.
