Property information

You will be welcomed in a house of character, a very old building of 1680, former outbuildings of the Castle of La Garaye located 500 m as the crow flies. The property is composed of the building, a gîte adjoining this building, a barn and an unused pigtail. The whole is posed on a splendid sported ground of 2400 m ². Our pets are welcome on prior request Ideal rental for family or friends with children.

Neighbourhood information

The property is ideally located close to the emerald coast, located just 2 km from the medieval city of Dinan, Brittany in the Côtes d'Armor. The building is located in the heart of a hamlet of 20 inhabitants, surrounded by the surrounding countryside. You will be on the beaches of Lancieux and St Jacut from the sea in less than 20 min by car
