Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 70 m² house near the beach in Erdeven, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises a 43 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a 70 m² garden. We're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - A 43 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bathroom (with bath) - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 70 m² garden (private and enclosed), south-facing, with furniture for enjoying fine weather. - A south-facing terrace of approx. 10×5 m Other remarks : - Pets not allowed - Linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
