Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 70 m² house near the beach in Erdeven, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises a 43 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a 70 m² garden. We're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - A 43 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bathroom (with bath) - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 70 m² garden (private and enclosed), south-facing, with furniture for enjoying fine weather. - A south-facing terrace of approx. 10×5 m Other remarks : - Pets not allowed - Linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
