Located on the 4th floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 16 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a mezzanine and a shower room. Wi-Fi, we're waiting for you ! The accommodation comprises : - A 16 m² living room with a sea view, including a sofa bed (1 bedding), TV and a dining area for two. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, electric oven, toaster, hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, etc. - A small bathroom with shower and WC - A mezzanine with a queen-size bed (160×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, ironing board and ironing board, modular dining table for 2/4 people with folding stools, Scandinavian rocking chair, coffee table that converts into a desk... Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. Activities : During your stay, you can take advantage of the many activities within walking distance of the flat: walks or bike rides along the coast, visits to the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, casino, or a visit to the Juno Beach museum. The D-Day landing beaches are also accessible by car from the accommodation. A very nice market takes place in the centre of Courseulles on Tuesdays and Fridays. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private outdoor car park, which can accommodate one vehicle.
