Ideally located 50 m from the thermal baths, close to all amenities and only 30 minutes from Le Perthus by car, this accommodation is the ideal pied-à-terre for a peaceful break for up to 3 people. You will have a comfortable living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa bed and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom area, a bathroom, and a balcony to enjoy the splendid view of the village! Bed linen and towels included. Wi-Fi. 3-star tourist accommodation Other remarks : - A private, numbered parking space 20 meters from the accommodation is available as an option at 15 per week for stays of less than 21 nights. For short stays, the rate is e3/per night. Parking is free for stays of more than 21 nights. - You are responsible for cleaning at the end of your stay (or you can pay an additional e60 to have it done by our local service provider). - Sheets and towels are included. - 3-star tourist accommodation. - The accommodation is located near a spa center (discount applied to accommodation for stays of 21 days or more).
