En plein centre de Menton, plage au pied de l'immeuble, bel appartement de 50m2 dans une résidence de standing, avec sauna piscine et espace sport 1 chambre de 13m2 avec un lit de 160, 1 séjour de 9m2 avec canapé convertible ( séjour pouvant se transformer en chambre indépendante avec des portes coulissantes) cuisine/salle à manger de 16m2 entièrement équipée
