It comprises a pretty living room with fireplace, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). There is also a garden of around 1,000 m²! Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor - A 40 m² living room with sofas, fireplace (wood provided) and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A veranda with armchairs and dining area - Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) and two single beds (90 ×190) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and wardrobe - Bedroom 3: single bed (90×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, table. Outside: - A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 1,000 m², with garden furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included. Please bring your own sheets and towels. - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - The fireplace is working and its cleaning is charged, the wood is provided. - Pets accepted, for a supplement of 15e/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
