This ground floor apartment is very practical and totally equipped. Private parking next to the entry door. By the entrance you have a shoe box, key space, tall mirror and the restroom. On the right side is the kitchen with a bar. Oven, dish washer, microwave, big fridge with freezer to store all the delicious french food. Cutlery, casseroles and frying pans are brand new. Multiple coffee machines for everyone's convenience: Italian, basic machine and Nespresso. Dining table can be converted into 8 covers. In the living room a flat TV screen with high speed WiFi. Leather sofa and second sofa that can be converted into 140cm bed. The air condition to keep you cool or warm. The bathroom has the italian walking in shower, heater and a nice wooden rack. The bedroom offers you a comfortable 160cm bed with big wardrobe. There are wooden blinds and electric blinds. Washing machine and a dryer are in the garage next to the apartment. Possibility to eat outside (chairs and table for outside). 'family friendly' with high chair and a crib with newborn extension and matelas. Pet friendly. No stairs to reach the apartment. 5min by foot to the city centre and 15min by car to beaches.

The neighbourhood is very quiet and respectful. No traffic or noise.
