My name is Elena, I live in Nice with my husband and children for more than fifteen years. I love this region of France and will happily tell you about the places that you have to visit! I speak French, Russian and English, and my husband additionally Italian and Spanish.

Property information

We tried with all our heart to make the apartment comfortable and very well equipped so that our guests feel there as if they were at home. We hope that you will appreciate its modern design, the quality of materials and furniture used. The another advantage of our apartment is its absolutely central location in the quiet prestigious quarter of Nice, in the charming Art Deco building.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the heart of Nice, 8-10 minutes walk from many interesting places in Nice - such as the Old Town, the sea and the beach, Port, Massena Square, the Chagall Museum and the Museum of Modern Art, the hill of the Old Castle, where you can do very beautiful panoramic views photos!
