"La Pétale de Rose" in Merlimont + GARDEN + GARAGE + SPA * (JACUZZI 6 people, provided free of charge by the owner) - 6 to 8 people in the Dunes EXCEPTIONAL location, with sand garden. 22 m2 composite wooden terrace for delicious meals in summer and SPA (Jacuzzi for 6 people) offering moments of fullness and refreshment on sunny days. "La Pétale de Rose" is a pretty family house with modern and well-kept facilities. New construction in 2016 to PMR standards and new energies. Aerothermal heating. Outdoor heat pump providing underfloor heating for the ground floor. Very appreciable for keeping your feet warm. Located at 250, rue de Rang du Fliers (quiet), near the Parc de Bagatelle (2 min). 2 steps from shops and the sea, 6 km from Berck Plage and 7 km from Le Touquet. The beach of Merlimont if located 5.3 kms, or 20 minutes by bike ..... Our house is comfortable, facing SOUTH including: In the DRC: - Large fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, catalysis oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink 1 ½ tray, Classic coffee maker, fridge-freezer, kettle, kitchenware with utensils .... - Living area with a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people, buffet…. - Sitting area with 5-seater sofa, coffee table, poufs, flat screen TV with all DTT channels. - Shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit, raised toilet, hairdryer and washing machine. - Garage for 1 car and 2 private outdoor parking spaces. On the 1st floor, the sleeping area including 3 beautiful bedrooms of 14m2, 2 with 1 double bed 160 * 200, closet, velux with blind and 1 with 1 double bed 140x190, closet, skylight with electric shutters. 1 bathroom with bathtub and WC
