Single level, traditional Morvan granite house in peaceful setting beside private lake (5 hectares) near pine forest – ideal for memorable holiday with family or friends! Swimming and fishing (pike, perch) possible (children must be supervised by parents). 2 adult bikes available plus set of boules, table tennis table. Price is all inclusive (except for towels – optional extra). Large terrace. Gîte has Fishing quality label, awarded by local fishing federation.|Large living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, lounge (TV, WIFI, fireplace). 3 bedrooms (double bed) (queen-size bed) (queen-size bed).
