Property information

Lazing around, enjoying the sun and swimming in your own pool: your modern and comfortable, ground-level holiday home promises you a great family holiday! It is located just a few metres from the medieval centre, on the banks of the river Lène. Next to the pool, you have a cosy barbecue area and a large terrace with a view of the village. For the winter evenings or in-between seasons, the wood-burning stove guarantees a diffused warmth in the living room. Gabian is located on the edge of the Haut-Languedoc Natural Park in the middle of the vineyards. An ideal location to discover both the busy coast and the hidden treasures of the hinterland. The town organises interesting guided tours of the vineyards, explaining the traditional work of the winegrowers and giving you the opportunity to taste. Nearby, the medieval town of Pézenas attracts visitors with its beautiful old buildings and countless boutiques selling local handicrafts. The white beaches of the seaside resorts of Marseillan and Agde are about 40 minutes away by car.
